Yes, we require reservations. Making your reservations as far in advance as possible. will allow for the best selection and availability.
Yes, we do require a $50 deposit for most rentals. This deposit will be held until the day of your event
Yes we are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance as needed
We will not set up outdoors in the following weather conditions: winds more than 15-20 mph, temperatures under 45 degrees, rain, lightning, hail, sleet, snow, or ice. We monitor the weather and can adjust the hours, or cancel an event, if necessary
Most inflatables need a blower that requires a single 110v 20amp circuit, which is considered to be a normal outlet. The large obstacle course requires two blowers. We do offer a generator for an additional fee.
Please call 636-327-8883 to cancel. We accept cancellations within 24 hours of the event due to weather conditions. The deposit will be refunded in this case. If the cancellation is made after our driver has already left our facility, the customer is responsible for the delivery charge. If the cancellation is made after we begin to set up at your event, customer is responsible for full payment. When the weather forecast is uncertain, we try to be flexible and work to accommodate our customers. Cancellation or rescheduling for non-weather related reasons must be done at least 30 days prior to the event date to receive a refund on deposit. We will require payment in full for events canceled or rescheduled for non-weather related reasons within 30 days of the event date. When you return a signed contract , it becomes a legally binding agreement subject to the terms and conditions contained within the contract.
Our inflatables are not made for water.
No, but we can provide staffing for an additional charge. You will need 1-2 operators per inflatable.
We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, carpet, gym floors, and smooth wood and rubber surfaces. We will not set up on some dirt, gravel, sand, mulch, or other rough surfaces. The area needs to be flat for most inflatables, but a few inflatables are safe on a gentle slope. Please call us to discuss whether you have an appropriate setup area.
All dimensions are listed on our website, but you need to add at least 10 feet to both the length and width to allow for the proper amount of space needed.
Yes, you may have your event at a park. It is up to you to make sure you are allowed to have inflatables and have the proper electric at the park you have chosen. You are responsible for any fees associated with any permits needed to set up at the park.
